How can I leave a picture comment with a psd image?

I just made this picture with layering in photoshop. I wanted to post the picture as a comment on someone’s myspace profile, but every time I go to test it out by sending the code through a message it says “violation of terms” or something like that. Since I can’t save the image as a JPEG I used a website that hosts psd images. What is the problem?
