How to open the psd on acer impower technology?

I created a PSD (Personal Secure Disk) from acer authorize the technology. Put a few of my image on that disk now the major problem is when I put the password and then tried to open it in charge of the tool says that (processing unit of a point) has stopped working. So please help him get those as the image.
