Which one is the best to emulate SNES games: PSP, Wiz or dingoo?

I’ve been looking for a handheld good enough to emulate SNES games with as little chopping and slowdown as possible. The PSP is kinda good, but it’s terrible with bigger games like Donkey Kong Country, F-Zero and Yoshi’s Island.
Losa, I’m talking about SNES games, not NES.

are the dingoo a320 emulators illegal?

are the emulators it has pre installed
illegal in the U.S. or are they Legal
i read that the emulators are illegal if they are direct copies of the console code but if it is your own Original code it is legal P.s idont play emu i just want the dingo for origanal games devolped for it
